About Beth

Beth Arinsburg, MS, CCC/SLP, specializes in the evaluation and treatment of pediatric speech and language disorders. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from SUNY Binghamton where I graduated cum laude. I then spent a year training under an ABA specialist at a small private preschool in New City, NY and focused on the treatment of preschoolers diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. It was here that I realized that I wanted to explore speech and language pathology and then went on to receive my Masters of Science in Communication Disorders at Emerson College, where I trained under some of the leading speech language pathologists in the Boston area.

I have been working as a pediatric speech language pathologist for almost 10 years in a variety of settings. Most recently I spent over 8 years at a well established private practice in Lexington, MA where I worked with a variety of pediatric populations including children diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum, cognitive impairment, motor planning disorders, articulation disorders, dysfluency, expressive and receptive language delays, language learning difficulties, and social-pragmatics. While at this private practice I provided highly individualized speech and language therapy sessions that were tailored to each individual’s needs. I frequently collaborated with the public schools and other private practitioners to further tailor services to each individual’s needs. Additionally, I performed highly comprehensive speech and language evaluations that used a variety of formal and informal measures.

Services

I offer highly individualized in-home and virtual speech and language sessions that are 50-55 minutes in length. Areas of expertise are: receptive and expressive language delays, articulation, phonology disorders, motor planning disorders, dysfluency, and developmental delays. Other services include: articulation assessments, fluency assessments, comprehensive speech and language evaluations, collaborations with schools, early intervention providers, and other practitioners.

Billing

All therapy services are provided on a private pay basis. I do not work directly with insurance companies and are considered an “out of network” provider but will provide a superbill (an itemized invoice diagnosis and/or treatment codes) that you many submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. This was a conscious decision to develop a practice that is more focused on the children and families I serve. Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, check, credit card, health savings account.
